The main strength comes from the domain knowledge and background of the promoters of the Company. The management team comprises of the professionals from Call Center Industry. The team has years of experience in assessing, designing and deploying enterprise CRM strategies, Telecom engineering, Training, and offering Call center Services.
Silicon Valley Public Soft JV has a 100 Seat Capacity and at present is running a 20 seat Pan India Process for VOICE , a non-profit organization supported by ministry of consumer affairs.
Silicon Valley-Public Soft wants to offer this infrastructure to Reliance for its various Operation In J&K and infact PAN India outbound /Inbound voice campaigns can be run from this call center.
